🌟 Welcome to Term 4 in Primary 2! 🌟
We are delighted to welcome everyone back for Term 4, which is packed full of exciting learning and fun for Primary 2 🎉✨ We have lots of wonderful events to look forward to, including the Summer Fayre, 🎡Sports day, 🏃♂️The World Famous Annbank's Got Talent!🎶🎤 And lots of outdoor learning in the sunshine ☀️hopefully🤞
This term, our learning will focus on Scotland ⛰️ and their participation in the Football World Cup ⚽⚽. Through stories, play, and hands-on activities, the children will have many opportunities to explore where the World Cup is taking place, 🏆how historic Scotland's participation is and present our learning in front of the whole school. 🤩✨
This term we have a helper called Miss Booth👋🙋♀️ She will be with us for 6 weeks to support our learning. We will also be sending home The National Numeracy, Family maths Toolkit 🔢which will help you support your child at home with all things Numeracy. Each week your child will get a worksheet home that coincides with what they are learning in class alongside other tasks recommended to increase their number sense. 🤔They will also receive a jotter📖📝✏️
to work in which can be kept at home, please if you require any more resources such as number lines or number squares just ask.
